On Hold Circle Cut out Trivet Vintage

This pretty pattern in a simple cut out design is handy on the wall or on the counter. Although this has been painted the dark blue, some silver colored metal places are starting to show on the top from use. A circle patterned it is 9” tall and 5 ½” wide. It has some symbols on back I can’t decipher then EX.
This trivet is for setting pots on or displaying on your walls. It is either wrought iron or metal with the front parts painted over in a dark blue.
