Very good gently used vintage condition!
The painting itself does not seem to have any damage and colors are all very bright with great detail! The canvas has a few minor spots/soiling that I made no attempt to clean in fear that i might use the wrong type of cleaner and damage the picture. There is also a stain on the back of the canvas but seems to have not affected the face side of the canvas.There are a couple of dings/scratches on the frame.
H. Hargrove signed oil on canvas football game painting. Might be the New York Giants & the San Francisco Forty-Niners. Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Sabrett Hot Dogs, and Planters Peanuts advertisements are visible in the background. On the back side there are a few names, numbers and a date. I do not know the significance of any of them. (see pic)
Overall measurement: 16" high x 20" wide.
