In very good condition other than a couple of pieces missing. There appears to be something missing from his left hand (see close-up pic). Maybe a tablet he was writing on? And there are holes on the sides of his head that suggest something else missing. Maybe glasses?
Since he has a briefcase beside him and he is taking notes (?), maybe he is an insurance adjuster? What is your guess?
